Description
With an increased trend towards suburbanisation, and commuter numbers on the rise, the interconnection of urban and rural areas is playing a decisive role in the transport transition. What are the requirements when it comes to needs-based, decarbonised mobility? Which services and infrastructure are needed, and how can we successfully connect cities and the surrounding areas, including across municipalities? Selected projects from across a wide range of regions in Germany demonstrate how these questions are already being answered in creative and innovative ways, delivering a blueprint for local authorities and transport companies.
These short presentations demonstrate, how solutions are already on its way. The Speakers are: Astrid Butt (OstWestfalenLippe GmbH), Tobias Nolte (Hallesche Verkehrs-AG) und Frank Pagel (Karlsruher Verkehrsverbund GmbH).
Format: Presentations
