Description

How can employees be motivated to use public transport or the bicycle to get to work more often instead of their own car? What can local authorities do together with companies to set the right guidelines? These are the questions at the heart of the ways2work competition. At its core, the competition strengthens cooperative, company mobility management (BMM). This approach addresses cooperation in the field of BMM between local authorities and companies, e.g. in a business park. In NRW, the Zukunftsnetz Mobilität NRW, the IHK BEMO and the MobilityHub Handwerk support the development of cooperative BMM. The panel discussed promising strategies and approaches for cooperative BMM, based on experiences from ways2work and comparable programs, among other things.
