About Dr. Ute Symanski
Dr. Ute Symanski is the founder of futurWIR, a consulting agency for leaders and governing bodies in politics and science. She is an expert in communication, cooperation and conflict management. She is a communication scientist with a doctorate in organizational sociology and is convinced that all change requires appreciation above all else. She is also the founder and chairwoman of the non-profit environmental protection association RADKOMM e.V. in Cologne and the initiator of the most successful popular initiative in the history of North Rhine-Westphalia: Aufbruch Fahrrad.
