Ramboll , an internationally renowned engineering, architecture and management consultancy, will be hosting a panel on sustainable mobility at InnoTrans 2024 , which takes place at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds from September 24 to 27. The event is dedicated to the urgent question of how the transport sector can be decarbonized and sustainable transport systems established. Examples from Berlin and Luxembourg will illustrate current solutions for attractive local public transport. The panel places a special focus on the need for a holistic view of the environment and transport infrastructure as an integral part of urban development.

The panel will focus on the complex challenges of the mobility transition and innovative approaches to accelerate the expansion of services and planning processes. Discussions will include how sustainable mobility models can be made economically viable and what valuable lessons European transport companies can learn from each other. These topics correspond to the issues that will also be addressed at polisMobility as a cross-sector dialog platform for urban mobility.

Other highlights of the trade fair include the VDV's “Dialog Forum” and the “Mobility+ Corner” with innovative companies in the field of mobility services.
