NRW seeks the best ideas
Citizens in North Rhine-Westphalia can now vote for the Mobility Award.NRW 2024. Five pioneering projects that stand out for their innovative approaches to climate-friendly and flexible mobility can be voted for on the website www.mobilitaetspreis.nrw. The prize, endowed with a total of 30,000 euros, is organized by the Alliance for Mobility of the Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Transport NRW and is being awarded for the second time.
The following five finalists are available for selection: AGNES - Digital map for oversized and heavy goods transport (Sommer Digital Transport Assistans GmbH), Bürgerbus On-Demand (Bürgerbus Lüdinghausen e.V.), E-Bus-Betriebshof Köln-Porz (Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG), Feierabend-Parken Düsseldorf (Connected Mobility Düsseldorf GmbH) and Schnellbaubrücke (Heitkamp Brückenbau GmbH).
Voting will continue until December 10, 2024, and the winning projects will be presented with their awards by Transport Minister Oliver Krischer on December 12 as part of the NRW Mobility Day. The aim of the mobility award is to promote innovative ideas and actively help shape the mobility of tomorrow.
