The "Green Campus" in Cologne is a visionary project: by 2030, three terraced buildings with an urban mix and sustainable roof landscapes are to be built on 14,000 square meters. An innovative pathway concept and diverse green spaces promise a lively, ecological quarter.

The "Green Campus" will be built in Cologne by 2030 by the joint venture between the bema Group and the ABG Real Estate Group. The 14,000 square meter site is being developed by ingenhoven associates. Three terraced buildings are to be built, connected by path concepts as well as green, play and activity areas. An urban mix with lively first floor zones is planned. The greening and unsealing of the ground surface as well as sustainable roof integration with biodiverse planting, recreation zones and PV systems are part of the project. The development plan for the site is currently being developed on the basis of the urban planning design following the City of Cologne's participation process.
