Making the Last Mile sustainable: Where are we now, and how can we move forward?

Making city logistics more sustainable is becoming increasingly urgent and is an important part of a successful transformation. What is the status quo and which concepts and technologies are promising? How can the players involved be brought together? And what influences are currently preventing a fully sustainable "last mile"?
